when i am pressed for time to make a dessert, well, panna cotta is my choice. just the best quick recipe. as i make it in mini cups, it is light and yes, delicious. in warm days, i serve it with mixed berries and a strawberry coulis. it’s a versatile recipe, and can be made with a variety of flavours. coffee, orange zest or grappa are favourites. this is a luvMUST recipe for quick entertaining. yum…a quick recipe is for thebestdressup now!
I love the creaminess of panna cotta – it is the perfect combination between being classy and homely!

We made this once with P, who was four at the time. Perfect in its simplicity and its deliciousness, though your strawberry and chocolate embellishments certainly make it look even more perfect, if that’s possible!
