there is a dynamic relationship between what we ingest and who we are. in relation to our diet, we can be attentive of the quantity and nutritional value of the food that we ingest. this certainly has an effect on our well being.

i have lately observed, that many take huge steps to eat healthy, yet give no concern to injesting negative energy. that negative energy can be more damaging than injesting ‘junk’ food. our existence is not just supported by injesting a healthy diet. you can control aspects of your diet vigilantly, but just as important to control the energy we ingest from others. i am reminded of a saying in spanish, “dime con quién andas y te diré quién eres” – “tell me with whom you walk and I will tell you who you are.” this rings true. we should be vigilant of those that give negative energy and surround ourselves with those that give their best. their best words, their best behaviour…their best intentions. we ingest the energy of those that surround us. that is food for the mind and soul. the day of love and friendship is celebrated in february. a wonderful time to ingest a healthy diet, and more importantly, to ingest love and friendship. love and friendship is the diet. that’s the luvFAB diet for thebestdressup now!
